I am a licensed clinical mental health therapist (LMHC) and a National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC) with extensive experience supporting my clients. I use evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique needs, helping individuals navigate challenges, build resilience, and achieve meaningful growth.

At True North Behavioral Wellness, I believe in taking a holistic approach to therapy, treating the whole person and not just their symptoms. I use evidence-based techniques and work collaboratively with my clients to help them achieve their goals.

I have extensive experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families navigating a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. My clinical work includes supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches. I am dedicated to helping each client achieve meaningful growth, emotional balance, and a stronger sense of self.

Healing isn’t about finding who you were—it’s about becoming who you’re meant to be.
My work is guided by empathy, evidence-based care, and a belief in every person’s ability to find peace within themselves.

Helps identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, build emotional awareness, and develop practical coping strategies.
Focuses on emotional regulation, mindfulness, and effective communication to promote balance and resilience.
Recognizes the impact of relationships and environment on mental health, supporting healthier patterns of connection and communication.
Encourages growth by identifying strengths and small, realistic steps toward meaningful change.
Trauma can leave lasting imprints on how we see ourselves, others, and the world around us. My trauma-informed approach begins with safety, trust, and empowerment. I work gently and collaboratively to help you understand how past experiences may still be influencing your emotions, relationships, or sense of self. Together, we focus on restoring balance—learning to regulate the body’s stress responses, build resilience, and reclaim your inner strength. Healing doesn’t mean forgetting your past; it means finding peace within it and rediscovering who you are beyond the pain.
Healthy relationships take intention, communication, and understanding—especially when life’s stressors get in the way. In couples therapy, I help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection. We’ll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop practical strategies for navigating conflict with empathy and respect. Whether you’re seeking to repair, reconnect, or simply deepen your partnership, my goal is to create a space where both individuals feel heard, valued, and supported as you move toward lasting change together.
True North Behavioral Wellness operates as a private pay practice. Payment is due at the time of each session. This model allows for greater privacy, flexibility, and individualized care without the limitations or required disclosures often associated with insurance billing.
